We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Custodian.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space and a keen eye for detail and diligence are also imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, break areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
⦁ Sweeps, mops, cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
⦁ Dust furniture and equipment.
⦁ Polish metalwork.
⦁ Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
⦁ Empties wastebaskets, transport trash, and waste to the disposal area.
⦁ Replenishes light bulbs.
⦁ Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
⦁ Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
⦁ Other duties may be assigned.
