Overview
For a limited time only, Reading Hospital will be offering a $10K Bonus (for Techs with a minimum of 12 months experience) or a $7,500 Bonus (for Techs without experience).
Must maintain FTE of 0.6 or higher in a Bonus eligible unit.
Responsibilities
To fulfill various ancillary functions such as the processing of used surgical instrumentation, assembling and wrapping packs, restocking storage areas and relieving other aides. Receive and dispense supplies and equipment. Perform cleaning, assembling, preparation and sterilizing duties in Central Sterile Processing as directed
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- IAHSCMM Cert or CBSPD Cert required within 18 months of hire
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Outlook
