The Creative Specialist joins Lineage during an exciting period of growth and innovation, with the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful impact alongside 18,000+ team members spanning more than 350 locations across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America.

As a member of Lineage's Marketing & Communications team, the Creative Specialist will play a critical role on a growing team with a focus on visualizing the brand through graphic design. The Creative Specialist will create high impact visuals and ensure a consistent look and feel across a variety of marketing and communications channels and platforms. You will work with members of the Marketing and Communications teams to ideate and implement new and effective visual communication strategies supporting various teams and functions across the Lineage network.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Leverage established brand elements and a fresh, out-of-the-box perspective to develop high-impact creative content, materials and assets from ideation to design and execution
• Ideate and develop effective visuals to support our internal and external content strategies, including (but not limited to):
  • Social media creative (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)
  • Digital & print ads
  • Internal newsletters
  • Internal digital signage
  • Facility Collateral (i.e. posters & banners)
• Develop sophisticated, informative marketing materials to support sales enablement including PowerPoint presentations, one-sheeters and other customer-facing collateral
• Work with Marketing Specialist to regularly update brand art and materials to accurately reflect company growth, services and objectives
• Partner with identified vendors to support creative content development that further the Marketing & Communication department's goals, including Lineage's creative agency, media & strategy agency, videographers, photographers and web developer
• Work with web developer to implement sophisticated, engaging and user-friendly web designs

Support creative development for Lineage's philanthropic and ESG (environmental, social and Governance) efforts including both internal and external-facing campaigns

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Fast-paced, highly dynamic office setting with periodic travel to support Lineage's network of 350+ cold chain facilities spanning 16 countries.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking, working independently and communicating with a variety of people and personalities.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, advertising or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Drupal, QuarkXPress, XML and HTML is a plus
• Proven excellence and innovation in graphic design and creative direction in support of industry-leading brands
• Ability to think both creatively and strategically while adhering to brand standards and channel objectives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an enthusiastic, flexible approach to collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and own projects through to completion
• A passion for high-impact design and communication, with the ability to come to the table with new ideas and recommendations
• Be a highly motivated, quick-learning self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
