We are seeking a high volume recruiter with warehouse, logistic or similar field experience.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will source, interview, and screen applicants to fill job openings while maintaining current knowledge of employment laws and company hiring criteria. You will be expected to creatively source, screen, interview, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants. You will inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and special opportunities. Successful candidates will develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with hiring managers and have experience in high volume recruitment.

Primary Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• 
  Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  Excellent relationship management skills.
• 
  Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree and/or 5+ year of recruitment experience

 Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug screen (including marijuana) and background check.
