Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), provider of automated software testing, data analysis, and cybersecurity solutions for complex, mission-critical systems in the US Department of Defense (DOD), is seeking a Corporate Helpdesk Technician to be based in our Arlington, VA and Mount Laurel, NJ offices.
Overview:
IDT is seeking a Corporate Helpdesk Technician that will design, deploy and maintain Linux and Windows based computing systems intended to support corporate IT infrastructure and services in the cloud, on premise, as well as at the corporate datacenter in the Arlington, VA and Mount Laurel, NJ offices. Responsibilities will focus on recommending new technology, supporting the helpdesk, assisting in fine tuning the network, systems and corporate applications and support end user issues.
All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance.
