Investigates, evaluates, and resolves a claims pending predominately consisting of claims arising from asbestos exposures.Provides a superior level of customer service to internal and external business partners.Administers and resolves claims in a timely manner and in accordance with legal statutes, policy provisions, and company guidelines.This position is typically assigned claims that have the highest loss and expense exposures which includes tier 1 and tier 2 asbestos litigation, and most difficult coverage issues and includes a diary of predominantly litigated files.Possesses a superior level of litigation management expertise.
