Description:
St. Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for an experienced Cook to join our team!
Schedule: Full Time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Production of food and ensuring food quality to patients and caf customers using JCAHO, HACCP and Trinity company guidelines, policies and recipes. Work with management to ensure smooth operation and quality control. Responsible for kitchen, work area and storage area sanitation and cleanliness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma Required
- 3-5 years cooking experience(Healthcare preferred)
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service oriented
- Effectively communicates with customers, staff and management
- Ability to read, breakdown and expand recipes
- Able to work with minimal supervision and alone
