We are a rapidly growing PLC Automation Service company based in the heart of beautiful Madison, WI. As an emerging machine automation company, we specialize in making machines that are easy to operate, maintain, cost less to run, produce better quality product, and free up peoples time so they can focus on adding value rather than fighting fires. Due to growth, we are actively recruiting for a Controls Engineer that has a programming background. Any experience with multiple languages would be a huge plus, but not required.

You will be tasked with automation of PLC's and PACs, updating/upgrading, fixing, maintenance, and repairing. Problem solving, RND visualization to detect fault scenarios and inform the operator. You must be fluent in Ladder Logic and others as we work with many brands. HMI Integrations with panel PCs for smooth operator experience. Must understand robotics, motion and automated inspection interfaces. Emergence calls and travel will be required to fix issues on site.

*Must Have Skills: *
1.) PLC and PAC Interface Programming - Multiple languages - Multiple Products
2.) Electrical, Machine Engineering/programming experience
3.) RND Vision, Problem solving
4.) Adaptable, Eager- Learning new languages you're not familiar with
5.) Travel for Emergence calls- Working onsite (sometimes in a Foundry)


Salary 80k - 130k
