Description
Assist with updates of weekly activity report pertaining to contracting and purchasing Assist with record keeping pertaining to contracting and purchasing Prioritize workload, multitask, and track to deadlines Research and understand FAR, DFARS, and other regulations, instructions, and directives pertaining to contracting Learn and use systems related to contracting and purchasing Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current government and commercial contracting standards Assist with coordination of necessary contractual actions with customer counterparts and with internal stakeholders Assist in creation and updates of policies pertaining to contracting Other duties as assigned
