Some of the areas of construction that we focus on is multi-family, mixed use, hotel, senior living, and light commercial. Due to our company growth and exciting large projects, we are in need of a construction Superintendent with multifamily and commercial construction experience.

What You Will Be Doing This is a Construction Superintendent position, you will be required to do the following and more:

-Coordinate daily activities of trades on the job site
-Prepares daily report for tracking crew sizes, work completed, weather, delays and other situations on-site that must be documents
-Monitor contractor production, schedule and performance
-Ensure contractors complete work on schedule
-Follow construction plans
-Responsible for ordering & maintaining equipment
-Set & stick to budget/schedule
-Daily logs & documentation
What You Need for this Position -At least 5+ years of experience in general construction
-Ability to manage/mentor a team of ambitious up-and-comers
-Past work should include multiple ground-up, wood-frame multi-family projects in a Lead Superintendent
-Must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and relevant technology
