We are a leading commercial general contractor providing comprehensive construction-related services, with specialization in retail projects. We were found in 1974 and rapidly growing with 150+ employees. We are licensed in a eleven-state area along the east coast. Here, we emphasis on design-build projects and long-term relationships with clients, employees, and vendors.

If you are a well-experience Construction Superintendent that specialize in retail construction, we want you to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing - Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on time
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project
- Communicate with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job duties
- Study and internalize project plans and specs
- Participate in weekly job meetings with subcontractors and clients
- Fully embrace company quality and safety standards
- Manage accurate and detailed daily logs of all site activities
What You Need for this Position * Required: *
- At least 5+ years of retail construction experience
- OSHA 10 hour required, OSHA 30 hour preferred
- High attention to detail
- Four-degree or equivalent is desired
- Mastery of Procore, MS, Excel or other like construction software
- CPM scheduling experience
