We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to help lead our large healthcare project in Chesapeake, VA. We have quadrupled in size over the last six years and we pride ourselves in the goals we set and continuously surpass.
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for organizing, planning and overseeing all project tasks for 90k sq. ft healthcare facility. Responsibilities include (not limited to): coordinating & overseeing all project activities according to blueprints & schedule, quality inspections, supervising all project members (staff & sub-contractors), material & equipment delivery coordination, scheduling, resource allocation.
What You Need for this Position - 3+ experience as construction superintendent
- Experience in healthcare construction (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills & organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environment
