Construction Manager - Multifamily Townhomes We are a multi-family build-to rent developer operating across the Southeast U.S. We have built thousands of units in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. We are currently building multiple communities are looking for a Construction Manager with experience in Townhome builds to join our team in Atlanta!
What You Will Be Doing - Oversee and manage multiple job sites daily
- Manage all aspects of sub-contractor activity
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
What You Need for this Position - 2+ years of Superintendent experience
- 2+ years of multi-family construction experience
- Supreme knowledge of all things multi-family construction
- Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, product data sheets and contracts
What's In It for You - Base salary: $100k - $130k (depending on experience) + bonuses

- 14 Days PTO, Paid holidays
