Job Requirements:

Work off shift; this position is for off-shift once acclimated to the environment.
Basic understanding of PC systems
Some understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure
Experience assessing and documenting communication systems in accordance with NIST standards and best practices.
Familiarity or basic understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, TCP and UDP
Highly desirable- experience with Spectrum and help desk applications.
Previous help desk or Tier 1 call center environment
Network certifications are considered helpful.
