As we look towards scaling up this platform to support and grow our customer base around the globe, we're looking for an experienced Commissions Analyst to join the team.
Under minimal supervision, the Commissions Analyst will assist in the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them a preferred 2-3 years of experience calculating commissions as well as using Xactly Sales Compensation Tool. This position will also help forecast commissions, book monthly accruals, complete account reconciliations, and work on complex compensation plan modeling and costing.
