Job Summary
The Commissions Accounting Analyst will calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions for thousands of agents. The Analyst will answer queries, researching problems as needed and explaining the way the commission is calculated. The role will be troubleshooting root cause of a problem if necessary and taking corrective actions if needed in order to ensure accurate payroll. The position is also responsible for the accounting & auditing of commission accounts. A very high attention to detail and strong work ethic are required.
