Job Summary
The CLO Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the closing process standards are met. Develops and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are followed. Implement and monitor test scripts for assessment of the functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the process. Identifies and remedy any inefficiencies in the process. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality assures the overall closing process standards to ensure it aligns with the bank's policy and procedures and ensures regulatory requirements are met.
  
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement to advance the work quality and streamline functions by monitoring the work package through a documented report.
  
• Execution and/or testing of controls.
  
• Acts as a Liaison with the servicing team to address gaps and improve effectiveness of the quality assurance of the work package.
  

Job Requirements:

• 5 plus years in Commercial loan production
  
• Knowledge of loan closing life cycle and controls required to manage that risk
  
• Familiarity with the design and execution of quality assurance strategies and the application to various loan products and processes
  
• Understanding of testing methodologies and management of different testing types
  
• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
  
• Experience with Salesforce/nCino
  
• Knowledge of Reg H and Reg B compliance policies
  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
  
• Proven ability to work as an active participant in a team as well as independently.
