*About the Role*
We are seeking mid to senior-level estimators to join our team. The candidate must be well versed in * Higher Education & Public Works Projects*

Estimators play a large role in our preconstruction phase and serve as the main point of contact between the design team and owner.

The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years of experience estimating at a Top 100 ENR Contractor.

What You Will Be Doing - Estimating including pricing development and abstracting
- Estimate using alternative delivery methods
- Develop pricing
- Coordinates reviews
- Be the point of contact for hard bid pursuits
- Review contracts
What You Need for this Position - 5-10+ Years in Estimating
- Experience estimating in the Higher Education market
- 4 yr Engineering Degree or equivalent related experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Proven track record of success in estimating small to large size projects
