Job Purpose

Are you passionate about color innovation and strategic marketing? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Color Marketing Manager to lead our Wood and Metal segment business. In this role, you will manage and strengthen the regional color tools and services portfolio to meet customer color needs, aligning with our commercial strategic plans. If you have a strong background in marketing, technical understanding, and a keen eye for color trends, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Color Portfolio Management:
• Ensure color products meet customer expectations and needs, including the development and launch of new color tools and services.
• Define the customer tinting hardware and software strategy, coordinating activities with suppliers and service providers.

Color Innovation and Strategy:
• Identify and prioritize new functionality in customer color tools, staying informed of color developments within the industry.
• Identify regional color trends and opportunities, aligning with global strategies and implementing them regionally.

Marketing and Communication:
• Develop high-impact color product positioning and messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communication teams to define processes for product color sampling and documentation materials.

Training and Market Insights:
• Identify color training needs and collaborate with Technical Services to initiate training programs.
• Utilize market insights to build value propositions for customers and drive business growth.

Project Management:
• Run regional color projects as part of the overall color program, ensuring compliance with corporate and site policies and procedures.

Level of Autonomy

As a Color Marketing Manager, you will have the autonomy to:
• Decide on the tools and services portfolio for the region.
• Determine specific content for color training and communications.
• Set priorities for backlog items for regional color tools.
• Establish regional priorities as input for the global color program.

Job Requirements

•Higher education in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or IT field required.
•7-10 years' experience in R&D, Marketing, Technical Support, or IT, with a strong understanding of technical/IT aspects.
•Experience or affinity with color innovation and trends.
•Strong skills in product and portfolio management, project management, and business analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
•Results-focused with a collaborative working style.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for these skills is: $110,000 to $122,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
