Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Collections Representative in Grapevine, Texas (TX). Summary: This position will be on a dialer. The candidate will take inbound and make outbound calls, about 150 - 200 a day. This role will also make payment arrangements and take payments for customer's accounts.

Skills

  • 3+ years of collections experience
  • Must be very customer service oriented
  • Must be upbeat and positive
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
