Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Collections Clerk in Grapevine, Texas (TX). This position will be on a dialer. The candidate will take inbound and make outbound calls, about 150 - 200 a day. This role will also make payment arrangements and take payments for customer's accounts

Skills

3+ years of collections experience
Must be very customer service oriented
Must be upbeat and positive
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
