Description

The Collections Organization is seeking a Collection Analyst who can help achieve company financial goals. The candidate will be responsible for invoice/project collections and executing individual plan to bring in the maximum amount of revenue. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work as part of a dynamic and tight-knit team, and freely collaborate with each team member. This candidate should also be able to work in an environment where work assignments change frequently. Typical Responsibilities:

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team and be committed to achieving the goals and objectives set by company.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent and at least five (5) years’ of business-related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with zero (0) years’ of related experience. Degree in Business Administration preferred.

Required Skills:

• Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Costpoint, FUSION, Hyperion, DFAS, MOCAS, My Invoice, and various government payment software suites.
• A background in accounts receivable and/or government contracts is a plus.
