We are seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves fundamental maintenance and setup tasks, primarily focusing on Azure and AWS environments. The successful candidate will engage in implementation projects and daily administration activities, including networking, security, and resource group setup. The role is client-facing, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various client interactions and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build out and maintain cloud environments, focusing on landing zones in Azure and AWS.

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in cloud infrastructures.

- Resolve technical issues directly or through escalation to third-party service providers.

- Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide technical support and training.

- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

- Hold third-party service providers accountable to ensure they adhere to established processes and responsibilities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in cloud systems administration, with a strong emphasis on Azure and AWS.

- Experience in networking, setting up resource groups, and implementing security measures.

- Client-facing experience with the ability to manage client relationships and handle tough customer interactions.

- Experience with ServiceNow and other relevant IT management tools.

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in training, documentation, and potentially managing or influencing others.

- Exposure to client size operations and the ability to manage large-scale IT environments.
