JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage projects given by the Clinic Liaison Manager to ensure the objectives of clinics are met
- Schedule appointments/Protocols
- Work the Consult Tracker daily for your assigned clinics to ensure patients stay within their protocol
- Audit accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to utilize additional time slots without sacrificing quality and patient safety.
- Assist clinics in utilizing all time slots on provider’s schedules to ensure the meeting of company goals
- Work with the Practice Manager(s) of clinic(s) to manage the providers’ schedules, making appropriate patient contact and rescheduling appointments as necessary Be knowledgeable and confident in the use of scheduling techniques and scheduling software
- Be knowledgeable and confident in the use of standard insurance co pays/deductibles
- Be knowledgeable and confident in the use of all appropriate software in order to provide maximum assistance to patients and clinics
- Assist Customer Service with inbound calls when needed
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to write and speak in a professional manner
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong public relations and interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
- Fluency in speaking Spanish is a plus
