Altus Group is currently looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our Atlanta office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work within the Commercial Real Estate industry and get your foot in the door. This position would work on a hybrid model.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with industry leading institutional CRE investors while gaining knowledge and experience of the CRE industry, ARGUS financial software and Altus's proprietary data management systems.

The Client Support Administrator will provide support for quarterly valuation management engagements including data extraction and administrative functions (scheduling, invoicing, setting up clients in internal systems and supporting the quarterly valuation process).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extraction of key data points out of Argus Enterprise quarterly to be used for benchmarking of valuation metrics by internal staff and clients.
  • Provide thorough reviews of appraisal metrics, such as values, discount rates, exit capitalization rates, market rents, contract rents, etc.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our proprietary information management systems, Argus ValueInsight and DataBridge, and maintain responsibility for uploading and downloading information as well as assisting with quality control.
  • Scheduling of appraisals in Argus ValueInsight, requesting appraisal bids, maintaining scheduling calendars, maintaining invoice lists, and corresponding with external appraisers to ensure timely receipt of appraisal reports.
  • Pulling and analyzing market data from third party subscription sites such as REIS, Real Capital Analytics, Economy.com, etc.
  • Support Altus valuation staff as needed, including packaging of reports, analysis of sale comparables, income and expenses statements and any other support needed to facilitate the quarterly process.

Position Requirements:
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong Excel skills, such as VLookup, HLookups, IF functions (ID, SumIF, CountIF), Text functions (Left, Right, Text, =1), Excel formatting features
  • Strong organizational skills to facilitate multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Focus on deliverables including meeting internal and client deadlines
  • Detail oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong data management skills
