Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Client Success Manager might include:

  • Proactively develop, lead, and maintain all facets of client relations for Eide Bailly's IT Outsourced Services and Cybersecurity Solutions in mid-market business industries.
  • Demonstrate effective understanding of target audience including industry knowledge and key business issues Eide Bailly Outsourced IT Solutions/Cybersecurity division can address, industry trends, and competition.
  • Proactively interact through online and face to face meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospects up to and including C-level executives.
  • Build product and consulting services knowledge of Outsourced IT Solutions/Cybersecurity offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills.
  • Display effective research techniques to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have high impact on lead qualification.
  • Interact by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-level executives.
  • May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have some prior experience selling in a professional services/IT environment.
  • You have a strong technical background to work with/understand multiple departments.
  • You have experience working with or selling Managed IT services.
  • You have experience working with or selling Cybersecurity services.
  • You have excellent communication skills with executive-level clients.
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
