Description:
The Client Operations Support Analyst will provide operational support to the Cash Distribution team. The incumbent will manage the placement of vault cash orders via VRU systems and email via Outlook and serves as the principal point of contact while conducting customer research. This role reconciles funding movement (including bank statement access, running General Ledger entries, and daily and monthly ACH entries). The Client Operations Support will execute time-sensitive courier communication while managing various tasks to complete production needs. The incumbent will create and maintain audit-approved documentation of the production process. Other duties as assigned, including cross-training and project development.
