RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Overland Park, KS that is looking for a Client Integrations Specialist for a contract to hire or direct hire position.Key Responsibilities:New client integrations:

• Setup new lead providers and buyers in the affiliate tracking and CRM (lead management) systems
• As a Client Integrations Specialist, you will assist the clients throughout the integration process, answer any queries, and verify test leads & sales pixels
• Monitor the integration after it goes live for any issues

Client servicing & maintenance:

• Handle all change requests for existing integrations from the clients and internal account managers
• Troubleshoot issues related to the integrations like why leads are not being sold or why a certain campaign is not receiving enough leads, etc.
• Perform audits on existing integrations to ensure the current setup continues to be in line with the client's expectations
• Work with development team to implement new features that will further streamline & simplify the maintenance of existing integrations

Reporting:

• Client Integrations Specialist will produce ad-hoc reports as requested by sales or client management teams for specific clients
• Perform ad-hoc data pulls on lead data being sent to the buyers, or data being received from the lead providers

Documentation:

• Maintain the existing integrations process documentation and create new training videos as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to run simple database queries; Required for ad-hoc data pulls and verification of lead data in the system
• Must have some level of programming experience (PHP preferred, but any programming language is OK); Required when the integration involves implementing something that is not available out of the box in the CRM
• An ideal candidate will be very detailed oriented & process driven, and will not shy away from repeated tasks
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the lead generation space is a huge plus
