Kforce has a client in search of a Client Fee Invoicing Support Specialist in Baltimore, MD.Duties:
Contributes to end-to-end invoicing processes and research required to transform data into information for reporting purposes; Assists with continuous improvement activities such as the analysis of exceptions; Providing support for audits; And completing assigned tasks to support the maintenance of the control environment
With general mentorship, gathers, reconciles, and analyzes data to produce client invoices and related reporting, performs reconciliations, prepares daily reports, and supports analyses, including client effective rate analysis
Helps implement financial system modifications to align with revised billing, reporting, accounting, and accounting process policies, procedures, and more substantial regulatory changes
Contributes to the identification of reporting of risks, gaps in billing or reporting, patterns, or recurring issues; Ensures accurate controls are implemented and followed for respective areas
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Analytical skills and sound judgment; consultative skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities
Works well independently and in a matrixed team environment; Ability to work under pressure towards deadlines
Strong Excel skills, including use of VLOOKUP function and pivot tables
