Typical Day in the Life
The Client Engagement Specialist (CES)-Technology Consulting is responsible for generating high quality leads for our Technology Consulting team. The CES will be responsible for making outbound calls and achieving a personal sales quota. The ideal candidate will be highly energic, have a passion for inside sales and a proven track record of selling technology consulting services or B2B software as a service (SaaS) products such as NetSuite, Salesforce or other similar services. The CES will also represent the full suite of accounting and tax services offered by the firm. The CES will report to the firm's Inside Sales Manager and be a member of sales team.

A typical day as a Client Engagement Specialist might include:

  • Making outbound calls to sell business applications software solutions related technology consulting services to prospective and existing clients
  • Identifying client/prospect needs and effectively communicate potential solutions and benefits provided by Eide Bailly
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop and execute internal and external campaigns and initiatives
  • Following-up channel partner leads, from webinars and industry/regional marketing campaigns to identify sales opportunities
  • Demonstrating effective understanding of the full-service offerings of Eide Bailly
  • Generating adequate pipeline from calling campaigns and target lists to build a sales funnel
  • Managing day-to-day operational tasks including maintaining accurate records in Salesforce database.
  • Working closely with sales management and other leaders to evaluate and improve sales process effectiveness
  • Participating in bi-monthly pipeline meetings

Who You Are
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; major in business preferred
  • You are an Inside Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in selling B2B software CRM, complex Cloud solutions or technology consulting preferred
  • You have a strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm
  • You have strong verbal and written communicator who can gain an understanding of market conditions, competitor products and pricing then leverage this knowledge to effectively communicate Eide Bailly's services and key differentiators
  • You are a trusted individual who maintains high standards for self and team
  • You are a competitive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • You are an organized individual who can follow a metric driven sales process to achieve sales and activity goals and maintain up-to-date prospect and client information in Salesforce
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint) and CRM
  • You have the ability to travel as needed, up to 10%
  • This position may require some overtime hours
  • This is a remote opportunity and you can be located anywhere in the U.S.
