T-O Engineers, an Ardurra Company is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our Coeur d'Alene, ID office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
  • Idaho and/or WA PE required or ability to attain within six months
  • 5+ years' experience in relevant land development design
  • Strong computer skills including extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proven writing and design skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
  • Ability to lead and mentor

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects, Professionals, Clients
  • Able to easily work with governmental agencies
  • Able to design land development projects with a strong background in:
    • Grading
    • Drainage
    • Wet and Dry Utilities
    • Roadway design
    • Overseeing/preparing lotting layouts
  • Able to prepare scope and fee estimates
  • Able to prepare invoicing
  • Strong background in construction practices

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
