Your new company

Building New Jersey heavy civil public projects for underground utilities, piping, trenchless piping, excavation, and emergency work. Have been one of the most consistent companies with regards to work flow for over 40 years.

Your new role
You will have a team reporting into you. This is a Chief level role, so you will solely report into the Vice President. Meaning you are high up in the chain of command. Working on an array of projects from $10M - $150M, you will be the key decision maker with regards to what gets bid, when and how. Your strategic input will be vital to the continued success of this organization.

What you'll need to succeed
You know how to put NJ heavy civil public bids together and have an understanding of local construction unions in the area. You have the ability to mentor junior employees reporting into you and have your ear to the ground about what to bid in line with your companies and staff's strengths,.
