CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ANALYST

The Select Group is seeking a Change Management Support Specialist for one of our best clients in Radnor, PA. This person will provide change management support on a variety of initiatives, including a cloud migration.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of change management experience
• Process Automation experience (we use Microfocus Solutions Business Manager (SBM), but similar application experience will suffice)
• Workload Automation experience (we use Broadcom Applications Manager, but similar application experience will suffice)
• SQL query authoring experience
• Experience supporting change management activities in a DevOps environment

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Majority change management support - 50%
• Jobs/automations that failed - getting remediation
• Enforcement of SDLC
• Training/support of IT staff to make sure SDLC is followed when running into roadblocks/challenges
• Primary day time support in charge of change management/operations
• Support version control build and deployment for code
• Process focused/process improvement
• Support devops around change management
