About the Opportunity:
We're seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal role in restoring patients' hand and upper extremity function, empowering them to return to their daily activities and passions.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, identifying patient needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate patients on their conditions, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
Utilize your expertise to fabricate custom orthoses, maximizing patient comfort and function.
Leverage your knowledge to identify and address environmental, cultural, and learning barriers hindering patient progress.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, maximizing efficiency through effective delegation.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hand therapy through ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a therapist, with a preference for 5+ years in Hand and Upper Extremity therapy.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of Maryland.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient education and empowerment.
