The Office Intern assists with general office, IT and project management activities as determined and directed by the Chief of Staff and the Director of Operations. The Office Intern will be responsible for assisting with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, and general coordination.

Duties will include creating an annual calendar for the Executive Leadership Team, assisting with the organizations portfolio review process, Wediko integration tracking, the Evolv Implementation and supporting the Executive Leadership Team goals.

Qualifications

  • High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically the ability to work remotely as a self starter.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the organization.
  • Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Excellence communication and organizational skills - verbal, pictorial and numerical.
  • A willingness and flexibility to do "whatever it takes" for "whoever needs it" to assist with the success of the organization.
  • Ability to embrace and live The Home's Core Values.
