Your Role:

MilliporeSigma is seeking a CDMO Marketing Consultant for the Bioreliance® End-to-End Solutions team to harness data-driven approaches, marketing practices and strategic insights that will evolve a multi-modality CDMO marketing strategy to accelerate growth. Influencing the future direction of this business, she/he will be responsible for defining and creating best practices, processes and tools to define our marketing strategy and execute plans for our CDMO offering that spans the most promising biologics on the market. She/he will work within a team as an individual contributor and be responsible for resolving complex strategic problems independently across the organizational matrix.

• Complete market analyses, competitive positioning, customer segmentation and value pricing studies to drive actionable insights, expansion plans and strategic decisions
• Support business case and marketing strategy development, annual planning processes and budget tracking
• Create and implement multi-modality CDMO marketing strategy and plan working across the organizational matrix to leverage content, data and information that will drive a differentiated market offer
• Define and execute innovative marketing tactics to introduce and communicate brand identity and the value of a fully integrated multimodality CDMO service offering to target customers
• Project manage and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts in the development and implementation of the CDMO marketing plan, integrated campaigns and tactics
• Support a communication plan to drive external and internal awareness of our vision and strategy, as well as to facilitate internal organizational alignment
• Ensure consistent sharing of program progress across critical stakeholder groups to build alignment and relationships leveraging best in breed project and change management practices
• Develop and track critical performance metrics to enable business insights for commercial teams and marketing strategy development

Who You Are:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with 8 or moreyears' experience or master degree with 5+ years' experience
• Experience in a complex, global biopharm/life science and/or consultancy business is strongly preferred

• Business Savvy: Knowledgeable about all functional elements which are important for business success; understands key economic drivers and their effect on business.
• Project Ownership & Management:Ability to take ownership for ensuring the desired outcome of a project and to establish and monitor the project milestones toward the objective
• Organizational integration and engagement:Ability to work in close alignment with people from other functions and to influence and engage with others to address issues, resolve conflicts and ensure the best overall outcome, ability to communicate across boundaries, build cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority
• Technical/Application Knowledge:Knowledgeable about MilliporeSigma's Process Solutions technical capabilities, the applications in which they perform, and how they add value to the Customer
• Self-motivated and positive outlook: has a strong desire to drive for / deliver exceptional results, looks for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 20%)
