AMN Revenue Cycle Solutions Advisory practice has a vision is to elevate our online CDI learning experience for our clients and create a more interactive learning experience. We are seeking a CDI Educator that is extremely passionate about CDI education. This CDI Educator should maintain clinical and professional competencies for subject matter expertise in clinical documentation improvement concepts including specific goals surrounding developing and facilitation of CDI education. As the CDI Educator you will tap into our educational resources for content development and develop your own content to facilitate successful on-line learning for new and seasoned CDI Specialists.

As a curriculum developer, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing lesson materials, ensuring they are regulatorily sound and engaging for learners. You will work closely with other subject matter experts and our production team to produce engaging and rigorous on-line learning material. These materials include videos, assessment questions, and written learning activities.

High Quality course content and top-tier instruction are critical to our success. As an Educator/Mentor, you will work with our instructional design team to build a best-in-class data course that helps learners grasp new concepts and practice them through a hands-on learning experience! To be successful, you will need to take ownership over course development and collaborate with our experts and content team, and dedicate approximately 20 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• RN, Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or obtain and maintain certification within one year of employment
• 5+ years clinical experience and 3+ years' experience as a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist
• Preferred clinical experience with acute care experience at a large facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with individuals of varying educational levels
• Knowledgeable on the structure of an effective lesson
• Familiarity with writing lesson objectives and aligning material to meet objectives
• Ability to differentiate instruction to make learning accessible, engaging, and age-appropriate
• Strong understanding of what makes a teaching video engaging
• Experience using technology to support instruction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written
• Growth mindset and motivated by constructive criticism
• Independent and self-motivated. Being remote, you will need to hold yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision
• Proactive. You'll make a habit of seeking out ways to continually improve the production process and the quality of the content
• Trust and integrity. You do what is right, don't cut corners, and are open about your work and areas of growth

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
