Job Title: Capture Management Analyst (HQ)

Job Summary:

EMCOR Government Services is actively seeking a Capture Management Analyst based out of our Arlington Office. This position is responsible for the research management intelligence gathering and pipeline monitoring for future business opportunities, from those of immediate attention, "pop-ups" and long-term (120 days to 3-5 years). The role additionally requires the ability to monitor\assist on multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals within the key customer accounts primarily in the Federal Government market. Other business areas include Washington Metropolitan commercial client opportunities and the DoD medical market segments.

The management of our capture research and monitoring activities requires someone who can be responsible for interfacing between customer, external companies, and business management to ensure flawless execution of capture activities to support the sustainment and growth of our business and key customer accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Daily monitor and search procurement sites such as eBuy, FedConnect, SAM's, GovWin, marketplace (MD, VA) and other electronic procurement websites for business updates, procurement release dates, sources-sought information, and future proposed procurements.
    • Document and provide weekly updates to senior management for bid and Gate reviews.
    • Manage critical capture activities pertaining to all bid activities within key customer accounts, the Federal Government, DoD medical, Intelligence community.
    • Work with the EGS\EBS Senior Management (Business Development) to identify critical acquisition and pursuit activities relating to government and commercial bid opportunities.
    • Develop, leverage, and maintain strategic relationships with customers and contractors to enable the best positioning of offerings within the key customer accounts.
    • Collaborate with program management and other staff to solicit customer feedback and contribute to the translation into requirements against which solutions can be delivered.
    • Provide daily oversight and data loading into the business capture reporting system (Salesforce and\or Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Work with Business Development and Proposal Managers to translate voice-of-customer requirements into proposal strategies and win themes. Assist program management and other staff with the development of solicited and unsolicited solutions and generation of proposals.
    • Work will be performed at the EGS corporate office in Arlington, VA (hybrid telework opportunities). Business related travel up to 10 to 15% is possible.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or other related area of study.
    • This role requires strong analytical skills, time-management experience, and advanced knowledge of gathering information from websites and other related social media sources.
    • Must have strong briefing and writing skills and the ability to be comfortable delivering finished work to wide audiences that often include business partners and senior EMCOR leadership.
    • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
    • Must have strong Microsoft operational skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
    • Strong written communication skills. Role may be called upon to assist our business solution team periodically due to bid load.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to develop the customer and external contractor relationships necessary to position key customer accounts.
    • Must have a proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively in a highly dynamic team environment. Outstanding team working skills are required.
    • Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred; however, the successful candidate must be able to obtain this clearance level.
