We are seeking energetic and authentic individuals to join a fast-paced Call Center environment driven to deliver exceptional customer service and that are driven to succeed in a family-knit environment onsite in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding their accounts, billing inquiries, and insurance-related matters
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving billing disputes, and answering questions regarding charges and payments
• Process payments, set up payment arrangements, and assist patients with financial assistance options when applicable
• Follow up on outstanding balances and delinquent accounts to ensure timely resolution and payment
• Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics, and customer confidentiality metrics

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work within fast-paced, team-driven, and collaborative environment
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
