The Cabinet Installer is responsible for installing cabinetry at new home sites for single and multi-family homes. Fine carpentry and general construction knowledge is required. Excellent eye for detail and high quality of work is needed. The Cabinet Installer Should be able to work independently.Primary Duties and Accountabilities *Install structures such as boxes, fascia, toe kick, shadow moldings or hardware, using carpenters' hand or power tools*Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment*Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws*Maintain records, document actions, and present written progress*Able to read and work from construction plans / drawings*Other duties related to the task may be assigned by your Manager Education Level *High school diploma or equivalent desired Experience Required *2-3 years installing and/or servicing cabinets for major homebuilders a plus*Experience in cabinet finishing and touch up required*Experience in cabinet manufacturing and installation preferred*Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment*Background in single family & multifamily track work*Experience with frameless cabinets preferred Personal Attributes Required *Attention to detail and accuracy*Capable of working independently with minimal supervision on a regular basis*Open and clear written, verbal and electronic communication with appropriate personnel*Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.*Bilingual a plus (Proficient in English: oral and written a must)*Reliable transportation with proof of insurance with valid California driver license: must be willing to travel to jobsites*Own tools preferred Compensation and Benefits *Competitive pay and medical benefits package, which includes; medical with vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation and holidays, paid mileage, 401(k) Plan, and an excellent supportive work environment*Tool Purchase Program Pre-employment Drug, Driving, and Background Check Required.
