What You'll Do:

  • Sogeti P&G Unit Cincinnati is looking for talented Business Transformation Architects that can do the following:
    • Business transformation discussions with Client
      • Define To-Be business process
      • Push back for standardization of business process where needed
    • Work with technical teams on articulating business needs
    • Prioritize/Sequence capabilities
    • Understanding of end-to-end R&D laboratory operations (how product designers and measurement scientists work)
    • Ability to optimize these workflows
    • GxP operations knowledge
    • Project and team leadership
    • Ability to drive change
    • Partnership with P&G BU
    • Partnership with vendors
    • Partnership with GBS
    • Familiarity with electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
    • Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
    • Master data management
    • Request/sample handling in chemistry/biology/engineering labs
    • Instrument integration/DAQ
    • Knowledge management
    • Relational DBs
    • QA requirements
    • SW validation
    • URS/UAT/Testing
    • Enterprise SW configuration

Minimum education qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree
