This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bolingbrook, IL or Canton, MA. A role you will love

Computershare's Communication Services (CCS) team provides integrated customer communication solutions worldwide. We consult, design, build and orchestrate smart communications solutions across traditional and emerging channels to help clients drive increased customer engagement and optimize operational efficiencies.

As the Business System Analyst, you will work with clients and implementation developers to implement client solutions of the varying applications utilized by Computershare. You'll provide non-technical and technical communication to business stakeholders as well as technical development teams (both internal and external).

You will also:
  • Work with the Solution Consultant and Business Analyst during design and client requirements gathering and document implementations for each client based on design & requirements
  • Troubleshoot implementation enquiries and offer 3rd level support
  • Liaise with peers in other regions as part of our "Community of Practice" and keep up-to-date with new platform features and functionality
  • Establish test plans and facilitate their executions for new client configurations together with the business and obtain UAT sign-off
  • Prepare and conduct training of technical and non-technical personnel from both within the business and clients

What will you bring to the role?

You enjoy problem solving and seek out the best solutions. You can adapt to and learn new technologies and have a true knack for communicating to those with both technical and non-technical backgrounds across all levels of the business.

You will also bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the following:
    • SQL
    • XML and XSL Technologies
    • CSS and JavaScript
    • IIS 6/7
Bonus points if you have:
  • An undergraduate degree in related discipline
  • Experience with Quadient Inspire
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector
