Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Adv.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Duties: Perform technology functions to include but not limited to business and systems analysis, application development and process improvement. Serve as a liaison between the business area and the IT organization when needed. Identify, document and communicate system and process changes necessary to improve system and operational performance measures. Possess an in-depth knowledge of line of business while contributing to the identification, analysis and recommendation of technical process improvement initiatives. Design, create and implement technical solutions. Support complex business processes. Remote work permitted within a reasonable commuting distance of the Detroit, Michigan's office.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Programming, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field of study and eight (8) years of experience as a Testing Engineer, Data Analyst, ETL/Reporting Developer/Admin, OBIA Developer, OBIEE Developer, Testing Executive, or closely related occupation. Also requires experience in the following:

• 5 years of experience using PL/SQL;
• 5 years of experience with MS Access;
• 8 years of experience using complex functionalities with MS EXCEL;
• 2 years of experience in the Healthcare industry with provider data;
• 4 years of experience with data exchange between different vendors/external systems and directories; and
• 1 year of experience with ASP.Net and VB.Net.
