The Business Performance and Analysis Manager will support matters related to consolidated business planning & analysis and business unit support, including delivering the annual financial plan. The incumbent will consolidate monthly and quarterly financial reporting, business unit profitability reporting, and decision support analysis. The role will collaborate with colleagues in Business Performance and Analysis and across business unit and functional divisions in understanding and communicating corporate and business performance, opportunities, and risks. The incumbent will thrive in a dynamic and growing environment and will be adept at communicating with all levels of the Company. The Business Performance Analysis Manager develops effective relationships to gather information, develop thoughtful conclusions, and support growth, innovation, and investment. The role will offer opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement. Additional responsibilities include:

• Production/consolidation of monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages including P&L and Balance Sheet driver-based variance analysis
• Design business driver schedules with business unit personnel to aid in planning and analysis of business unit performance to gain deeper understanding of BU profitability
• Facilitate performance reviews with business units to capture and track risks & opportunities
• Provide support for the business units’ inputs into the annual financial plan
• Communicate and explain financial results
• Actively interpret and review key drivers of performance
• Develop new methods to capture and report key financial data
• Assist in collection of relevant peer data to aid production of quarterly peer analysis

This is a full-time position, located in Wilmington, DE.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus but not required.
• Must have 7-10 years FP&A experience; financial services preferred.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business modeling tools.
• Must be proficient in Oracle GL and Oracle Smartview (Essbase/Hyperion) with prior experience working with multi-dimensional databases.
• Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of funds transfer pricing (FTP) and allocations.
• Thrives in dynamic, energetic and driven environments.
• Ability to present complex financial information in simple terms.
• Experience in collaborating to set up new processes, with strong analytic capability.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Ability to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines
