Position Summary: Lead and monitor regional business intelligence project planning sessions, objectives, and deadlines for achieving deliverables with business teams, developers, and analysts.

This position will be responsible to: Lead and monitor regional business intelligence project planning sessions, objectives, and deadlines for achieving deliverables with business teams, developers, and analysts. Assist in the development of regional business intelligence architecture and solutions using local databases, flat files, additional data sources, and core business intelligence tools. Work as a liaison between Home Office Business Intelligence department and regional teams to prioritize and develop reporting requirements from business users and business intelligence analysts. Design and develop SSIS Packages to download data from variety of sources like XML, CSV, Excel and OLEDB. Design and develop agency Qliksence governance, technical review and configurations to transfer agency dashboards to Qlik corporate dashboards. Handle package deployment, package configuration model with SSIS configurations, and scheduling SSIS packages with SQL agent. Provide statistical analysis of all regional/agency business intelligence projects. Design governance processes for regional business intelligence and assist agency data intelligence and reporting departments. Optimize and improve business intelligence processes. Develop functional and technical specifications, documentation, and code. Provide multi-office support to key business users and end users. Support and troubleshoot production business intelligence tools as required, optimizing performance and resolving production problems in a timely manner. Develop API and RPA requirements and liaison with Home Office and Digital teams for prioritization. Develop, deploy, and train API for Americas regional teams.

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related IT field, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of experience (or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience) in the shipping industry as a Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Systems Manager, or a closely related position with 5 years of concurrent experience (i) developing, analyzing, designing, and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio; (ii) developing Business Intelligence applications with SSIS and SSRS; (iii) performing application programming, data manipulation, data definition, and data control; (iv) providing application solution options, including tools and software evaluation; and (v) managing system integration testing and implementation plans.
