We are looking for the Director of Business intelligence. This is a full time exempt position. Relocation assistance is available.

Oversees the Health System Department of Business Intelligence in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence strategy, processes, governance, and systems that support the data/analytics needs of the Saint Alphonsus Health System.

Acts as a liaison between Trinity Health and Saint Alphonsus Health System through participation in various analytics bodies, governance bodies, clinical and operational bodies, enterprise data architecture and warehousing bodies to collaborate and coordinate new and existing initiatives within TH and SAHS. Actively manages day-to-day department operations

The job requirements are:

  • Master's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business/Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IT, or Math.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in data analysis of complex, large data sets required, preferably in healthcare.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience with increasing leadership responsibilities in a complex health system, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity required.
  • Experience in developing and administering budgets for a department consisting of at least 15-20 FTEs.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license required.
