We are looking for a Business intelligence Analyst for a full-time position in Boise, Idaho.

The reason for this opening is department growth, specifically supporting payer analytics for our clinically integrated network. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical economics and doing data analysis with complex medical data including payer claims, cost and utilization trends, health plan performance, and population health metrics. Critical for this role are domain knowledge in population health and payer data and technical experience with SQL, SSRS and PowerBI.

The Job Requirements are:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IT, or Math.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis of complex, large data sets, preferably in healthcare.
