Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Applications Product Manager

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and deliver long-term strategy and technology roadmaps
• Ability to manage quality of service of the product KPIs
• Ability to effectively manage maintain lines of communication through organizational change
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and business leaders
• Knowledge of financial management and vendor management
• Knowledge of service engineering and architecture
• Knowledge of design thinking, APIs and integration, Agile methodologies, big data, and UI/UX design

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in product management and enterprise architecture preferred.
• Familiar with eCommerce, Manufacturing, Music, Retail, or Software industry.
• Familiar with NetSuite products, Tempus, drip, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, and SuiteCommerce), Zendesk, Segment, and Data Dog.
• NetSuite certified highly desirable
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, and Information Systems).
• At least seven years of professional experience in business applications service delivery, with at least five years of experience working directly with senior business leaders.
• Strong business acumen; understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and an organization's revenue goals.
• Deep exposure to business processes through experience working outside Corporate IT.
