This position will be based in El Paso, TX or Bend, OR, and temporarily eligible for Work from Home. When our offices reopen, you will be required to work from the office Monday-Friday.

What you will be doing:

The direct-to-consumer business analyst will work closely with the digital marketing teams to integrate with the team and better understand how technology can solve their business needs. The business analyst will detail the business needs and will work with the development team to formulate the solution.


  • Provides the digital technology with the business systems analysis support for all digital technology regional and global initiatives

  • Work cross-functionally with the business, technology and delivery teams to craft and specify large scale sophisticated business solutions.

  • Develop a good understanding of the business unit's function and effectively communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to the business unit.

  • Manages requirements and functional design through entire lifecycle.

  • Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications

  • Writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.

  • Stay ahead of the latest functions and features available on the shopping cart application.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within eCommerce business practice area and retail business process

  • 3+ years working with direct to consumer

  • Knowledge and experience of major integration points between an e-Commerce application with Order Management, Warehouse Management, PIM, CMS, Financial and Retail Systems

  • Hands on experience with crafting artifacts like Business Requirement document (BRD), System Requirement document (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Document (FSD)

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
