RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC.Key Tasks:

• Assist with large organizational initiative by identifying gaps, managing the project, documenting, and pulling together all the various pieces to ensure project data is integrated into the tools that other organizations need
• Will complete a detailed gap analysis of serviceability tools integrated with this data
• Performs detailed gap analysis on all serviceability tools and facilitates requirements development for needed enhancements
• Assists with vendor management related to implementation of new features
• Provides support for any incremental data analysis (will be provided the data they need for their analysis, do not have to extract on their own)
• Track all project activities related to address identity management and Governance Risk and Compliance
• Draft or update documentation and process flows
• Participate on calls related to the project and keep track of key milestones

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA background to include process documentation and gap analysis
• Demonstrated analytical experience
• Billing experience a plus
• SQL skills a plus
